The information line is open Monday-Friday from 10.00am until 2.00pm, although you will usually be able to speak to a member of staff within typical working hours (9am-5pm). A dedicated member of staff is there to listen to you and provide you with information and support and signpost you to specialist help where neccessary.

We realise that it is not always practical for carers to telephone during these hours, especially if you are working and so the telephone information line is also open every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 5.30pm until 7.30pm.

The information service also holds a comprehensive library service of carer related books, DVD’s and leaflets available to loan.
